Sometimes we also light up our wood-fired pizza oven and charcoal grill to prepare additional wild and flavorful dishes. With a strong connection to the local pantry, the menu here features dishes with elements of elk, deer, blueberries, cloudberries, and arctic char. The lunch menu is available inside the restaurant, and in the evening, a wild game à la carte menu is offered for dinner.
