Canoe renting

Rent your own canoe and set off on an adventure at your own pace! Our canoes are available at Hösthån, where you can enjoy calm waters, cozy picnic spots, and abundant wildlife. Life jackets are included, and up to four people can fit in one canoe. We also offer delivery within the Idre area if you want to paddle somewhere else.

Today, adventure awaits all children between the ages of 4 and 12! The youngest, in the Nature Club, will set out on a discovery tour in the forest, while the Mountain Club explores the mountain’s fantastic surroundings. For the older children, the Adventure Club offers action-packed hours filled with fun challenges. Bring weather-appropriate clothing, a packed snack, and a water bottle—we’ll take care of the rest!

Today is Fishing Day at Larstjärnarna—a perfect morning for both beginners and experienced anglers. We’ll fish for game fish in seven different ponds and try various methods such as spinning, fly fishing, and pole fishing. Equipment is available to borrow, and our guide will offer tips and advice along the way. A snack with grilled sausages, juice, and coffee is included!

Outdoor pool

Whether the sun is shining or the rain is falling, the pool is open for laughter and water play. With a day pass, you can swim as much as you like, from morning until evening. Pick up your swim band at the Activity Center. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is also swimming.

Hike with Reindeers

Hike together with reindeer in the ancient forest, where the ant hills are as tall as you and the lichen hangs thick from the tree trunks. This is a favorite tour for both adults and children. We have no set destination; we meander where the reindeer choose to go. We’ll provide a snack with Sami coffee, juice, various reindeer meat products, and our angelica muffins, along with stories about life as a reindeer herder. The activity must be booked in advance.
